How to find us: The Occupational Health department is located from Southwick Hill Road, taking the East Gate entrance to QA, turn right onto Hunter Road, directly opposite the turning for Curie Road is the Occupational Health Building.
Parking: There is very limited parking in this area of QA hospital, there are 2 disabled bays located by the OH building entrance and 1 general space, parking charges apply. Alternatively, there is a large multistorey car park by the hospital main entrance on Sevenoaks Road, this is a short 5-10 min walk to the department, please allow sufficient time to park before your appointment time.
Please note the North car park is currently unavailable due to building works.
Travel by bus: There are many bus routes that run frequently from Portsmouth city centre and surrounding areas, with some buses stopping within the hospital grounds and may be displayed on timetables as "Queen Alexandra Hospital". The North entrance (not the main hospital entrance) is the closest bus stop to the department.
Travel by train: The nearest train station is 'Cosham'. This is approximately 10-15 minutes’ walk from Queen Alexandra Hospital. However it is uphill and if you suffer from any condition where this may affect you we would recommend using a local taxi or bus service.
