Additionally, the team can support patients to virtually attend life events such as birthdays, weddings, funerals, and anniversaries to help provide those connections where being there in person on the day isn’t possible.

The service runs Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) during daytime hours and is part of the wider patient experience team.
