Dr Angelique Beling, Consultant Radiologist and Director of Breast Screening Dr Beling is a Consultant Radiologist who has overall accountability for the safe and effective delivery of Portsmouth Breast Screening Service. She co-ordinates the running of the service, communicating with the management and clinical leads within the Trust and with local commissioning teams.
Dr Beling also has an active clinical role in the department as part of the team of breast radiologists.

Jo Helsdon, Breast Screening Programme Manager Jo is responsible for running all the non-clinical aspects of the local breast screening service. She works closely with the director of breast screening and is the first point of contact for the National Screening Office and local commissioning teams. |

Alice Warren, Acting Superintendent Radiographer Alice is responsible for leading and managing both the mammographic team and the radiographic aspects of the service so that all examinations are delivered in a safe, caring and compassionate manner. |

Harvey Cousins, Breast Screening Office Manager Harvey is responsible for the screening office which provides the administrative functions for the service. His team is responsible for sending invitation letters and making sure all women receive the appropriate result following their screening appointment. |

Jenny Davis, Breast Screening Quality Manager Jenny is responsible for the management and maintenance of the Portsmouth Breast Screening Quality Management System. This includes all governance and risk management issues. |

Important information
Temporary changes to main entrance car park at QA Hospital
So that work to install solar panels can be carried out safely, we are temporarily closing a section of the main entrance car park from 23 March for 12 weeks and relocating a number of blue badge/accessible spaces to elsewhere. Read more here.
Accessing urgent and emergency services
Our Emergency Department at QA Hospital is very busy. If you need urgent medical advice that isn't an emergency, please visit our Know Where to Go page for help on services available including NHS 111 and urgent treatment centres.
To help the hospital and our staff, here are a few things you can do:
- Please call NHS 111 if you need medical help and don't know where to go.
- If you have diarrhoea or vomiting, or if you have had these symptoms, please do not visit the hospital until you have been free of them for 48 hours.
