Our staff are working harder than ever to deliver the best care to our communities. The needs of our communities are changing and we are seeing much higher demand for hospital care and people with many complex health needs. To meet our communities’ needs, we need to change the way we provide care.
Last year we launched our Clinical Strategy which gives us a plan for making these changes. We want to regularly gather your views and opinions to ensure this plan is focusing on the right areas for change and improvement.
