There are several ways you can contact Portsmouth Hospitals depending on whether you are a patient, visitor, journalist or work with us.

For specific service contact details, please visit our services section. If you have already received a letter from us, the contact details for your healthcare team should be available at the top of the letter.

PALS are available to answer questions, help resolve concerns and provide information and advice about our services. More information on PALS can be found here.

The team are available 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and can be contacted by phoning 0800 917 6039 or emailing PHT.PALS@porthosp.nhs.uk.

You can cancel your outpatient or clinic appointment by using our online form or calling the number on your appointment letter.

All media enquiries and approaches should be made directly to the Media Team. Please do not contact individual staff members or services directly. 

You can email the Media team between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. If you have an urgent enquiry that is outside these hours, please call the hospital switchboard on 023 9228 6000 and ask to speak to the communications on-call lead.
